Improving our Go-Green environmental efforts by reducing, recycling and upcycling
Singapore, 11 November 2020 — To be in line with building a green and smart city, we, too, are playing our part in every way we can to integrate sustainable practices throughout our business, tackling environmental challenges and thereby reducing the carbon footprint.
One way to do so is to go paperless in the office, and digitising every paper forms. For example, when we conduct our billing matters, we use electronic means to send out e-Quotations, e- Purchase Orders and e-Invoices to our customers. This way, we are not only saving costs on paper, we are also able to improve efficiency and productivity in the office.
As the Covid-19 pandemic shook up our world by surprise earlier this year, 2020 has also presented much opportunities. To stay adaptable to challenges and the digital environment, we have been looking at ways to strategise internally with the help of our stakeholders. We have found better ways to enhance workplace productivity and efficiency. Not only are we now able to meet our customers’ needs and demands, but also allow them to reach us in the quickest way possible.
We believe user experience and easy website navigation are key. We have included “How Do I start” at the front page of our website. Visitors can reach us in three simple steps and get in touch with us by filling in the detail form. Over at the backend, we use online e-Booking methods to schedule our clients for their 30 minutes Virtual or 1:1 Consultation. Our official website has incorporated design thinking to make browsing friendlier and products/services searching easier for our visitors and customers alike.
By going paperless, using eco-friendly office supplies and encouraging recycling & up cycling in the office, we believe we are on the right path to reduce dependence on natural resources and contributing better to our city’s sustainability, uplift and improve work productivity and customer service culture.
